Government photo ID, address proof, and your contact information. Address is used only for invoicing.

Council registration
Your NMC or State Medical Council registration number, validity dates, and a scan of the certificate. We verify these manually before publishing your profile.

Qualifications
Add each degree with the issuing university and year. Upload the certificate for each. Add subspecialty certifications where applicable.

Specialisation & mode
Pick primary and subspecialisations, languages, video vs in-clinic availability, default duration and buffer time.

Practice details
Clinic name and address (if you run one), or your hospital affiliation. Patients use this to choose between video and in-person care.

KYC, banking & signature
PAN, bank account verified via penny-drop, and a transparent-PNG of your signature for prescription PDFs. Banking is used only for settlements.

Verification that earns patient trust
Patients need to know the doctor on the other side of the screen is who they say they are. Pregacoach verifies the following before your profile is published in search.
- Government photo ID and address proof
- NMC or state council registration number with validity
- Degree certificates with issuing university for each entry
- Recent practising-since proof (clinic letter, hospital ID or similar)
- Telemedicine Practice Module certificate (BoG/NMC training)
- Scanned signature for prescription PDFs
- Bank account verified via penny-drop
What doctors ask before joining
- Doctors holding a valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or a State Medical Council. We verify the registration before publishing your profile.
