Role Overview
The Business Development Associate will play a key role in expanding Pregacoach’s partner network across Pune. The position involves identifying new business opportunities, conducting field visits, engaging with stakeholders, and establishing long-term partnerships.
The selected candidate will work closely with corporate organizations, healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare administrators to promote Pregacoach’s services and strengthen market presence.

Key Responsibilities
Corporate Partnerships
- Identify and connect with HR teams, administration departments, and key decision-makers in corporate organizations.
- Introduce Pregacoach’s corporate wellness programs and employee engagement initiatives.
- Schedule and coordinate corporate wellness sessions, health awareness programs, and meetings.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate partners.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and field outreach activities.
Doctor Onboarding & Engagement
- Meet doctors and healthcare professionals across various specialties.
- Present the benefits and opportunities available through the Pregacoach platform.
- Facilitate onboarding and activation of healthcare professionals.
- Maintain regular communication with partner doctors and support ongoing engagement.
- Identify opportunities for collaboration and service expansion.
Hospital & Institutional Partnerships
- Identify potential hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and healthcare institutions for collaboration.
- Conduct meetings with hospital administrators and management teams.
- Present partnership opportunities and service offerings.
- Support onboarding, documentation, and activation processes.
- Develop and strengthen long-term institutional relationships.
Business Development Activities
- Conduct regular field visits across Pune.
- Maintain records of meetings, follow-ups, partnerships, and business development activities.
- Achieve monthly outreach and onboarding objectives.
- Represent Pregacoach at meetings, networking events, seminars, and exhibitions.
- Identify new market opportunities and contribute to business growth initiatives.

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Healthcare, Management, or a related discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Pune.
Preferred
- MBA in Marketing, Business Management, or Healthcare Management.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, client servicing, healthcare marketing, or corporate relations.
