Pregacoach provides evidence-based counseling and telemedicine consultations with Registered Medical Practitioners (RMPs) as per the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines 2023.

• Our services include online consultations, counseling, and advice from qualified healthcare professionals such as gynecologists, dieticians, physiotherapists, pediatricians, and lactation experts.
• We do not provide or facilitate the prescription of Schedule H, H1, X, or other restricted drugs requiring physical examination or mandatory prescription under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act.
• Our services are advisory in nature, and users are encouraged to seek in-person medical consultations for any urgent or critical health concerns.

2. Responsibilities and Liabilities

a) No Outcome Guarantee:

• Pregacoach provides evidence-based guidance, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from our counseling or advice.
• Users are solely responsible for implementing the advice provided during consultations.

b) Limited Liability:

• Pregacoach shall not be held liable for any adverse outcomes, medical complications, or dissatisfaction arising from our advice or services.
• We are not liable for errors or omissions in the content provided by healthcare professionals on our platform.

c) User Responsibility:

• Users are expected to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during consultations.
• Pregacoach is not responsible for outcomes arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the user.

3. Payment Policy

a) No Refund or Return Policy:

• All payments made to Pregacoach are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.
• By using our services, you acknowledge and accept that there will be no refunds, returns, or reimbursements for any payments made, regardless of dissatisfaction or non-use of services.

b) No Rescheduling of Appointments:

Pregacoach does not allow rescheduling or cancellation of booked appointments. If you miss an appointment, the payment made will be forfeited.

c) Full Payment Before Service:

Users must make full payment at the time of booking a service. No services will be rendered without prior payment.

4. Telemedicine Compliance

Pregacoach adheres strictly to the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines 2023:

• All consultations are conducted by RMPs authorized to practice telemedicine.
• Teleconsultations are appropriate only for non-emergency medical advice and counseling. In the case of a medical emergency, users must seek immediate in-person care.
• Prescriptions, if provided, are limited to permissible drugs under the Telemedicine Guidelines. Schedule H, H1, X, or similar drugs requiring physical examination will not be prescribed.

5. User Conduct

By using our services, you agree to:

• Use the platform responsibly and respectfully toward healthcare professionals.
• Provide accurate information during consultations. Misrepresentation may result in denial of services without a refund.
• Not misuse, reproduce, or distribute Pregacoach content, including consultation recordings, advice, or proprietary materials, without prior consent

6. Cancellation and Missed Appointments

Pregacoach enforces a strict no-rescheduling and no-cancellation policy:

• Appointments missed due to user negligence will not be rescheduled or refunded.
• Users must ensure punctuality and availability for scheduled appointments.

7. Medical Emergencies

• Pregacoach is not equipped to handle medical emergencies. If you experience severe symptoms or require immediate medical attention, please contact emergency services or visit the nearest hospital.
• Using our platform in such scenarios is strictly at your own risk, and Pregacoach bears no responsibility for delayed or insufficient care.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content, materials, and information on the Pregacoach platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Pregacoach.
• Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, or reproducing any content without prior written consent.

9. Indemnity

By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pregacoach, its employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:

• Misuse of the platform or services.
• Violation of these Terms.
• Failure to follow medical advice provided during consultations.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes arising from the use of our platform or services:

• Users agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration under the laws of Pune Jurisdiction.
• All disputes will be governed by the laws of Pune Jurisdiction, and the courts of Pune will have exclusive jurisdiction.

• Pregacoach does not function as a substitute for in-person medical consultation.
• While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant the completeness or reliability of the information provided by our professionals.
• Services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

12. Amendments

Pregacoach reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our platform.
